Rates

Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes and include the tourist tax (€0.60 / adult / day).

Booking and deposit

Every booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay amount (full amount for a single night). This deposit must reach us within 7 days of the booking request. After this period, the booking option is automatically released.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. Cheques are no longer accepted.

Cancellation and changes

• In the event of duly justified force majeure (illness, accident, bereavement), a full refund is possible upon presentation of supporting documentation.
• Beyond 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit amount remains due in the event of cancellation.
• For the room, in the event of cancellation less than 2 months before arrival, the deposit paid is retained.
• We also reserve the right to cancel a stay for health reasons or events beyond our control; a refund or a postponement within 12 months will then be offered.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 11am, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Pets

Pets are not accepted, for hygiene and allergy reasons.

Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by registered letter within 30 days following the stay, to the following address: 7 Impasse de Kerliezec, 29660 Carantec.
